While ascending, the higher I went, the stronger the noise of the water became. I arrived at the Nanayono Falls. The waterfall is about 30 meters high there. It was a mystical green spot blessed by nature. It was very unsettling. It is then that I decided to stand in front of the waterfall and observe the rocks. I started to breath faster and could not hear the outside noises: it was as if I was alone in the world. After repeating the process 2 or 3 times, I felt that my mind was completely refreshed.
